Nikki Warris is the Owner and Lead Homeschool Teacher at Elite Tutoring Specialists. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education and is a certified Florida educator with endorsements in Reading and ESOL, along with college coursework in Exceptional Student Education (ESE). With over 15 years of teaching experience in homeschool education, tutoring, and school leadership, Nikki is dedicated to supporting diverse learners and creating a safe, structured, and nurturing academic environment where students can thrive.

Maria Castano is a homeschool mom of two with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and over four years of tutoring experience in Spanish, math, and reading. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has formal academic training in French and Italian, with strong listening comprehension and practical conversational skills. Maria takes a patient, personalized approach to teaching and is passionate about helping students build confidence and develop strong academic foundations.

Carolina Castano holds an associate degree with a focus in philosophy and business. She is fluent in Spanish and brings over eight years of experience working with children in educational and enrichment settings. Carolina also has a background in creative marketing, which allows her to bring creativity, communication, and fresh ideas into her work with students. She is passionate about supporting children as they grow, learn, and develop, and finds great joy in helping each child build confidence and reach their potential.

Abram (Jay) Kratz is an experienced music instructor and professional musician with over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance (Guitar) from Temple University, graduating summa cum laude as a Presidential Scholar. Jay teaches guitar, piano, drums, ukulele, and voice to students of all ages and skill levels, using a structured yet encouraging approach focused on strong fundamentals, clear goals, and music students enjoy playing. He is also the owner and director of AJK Music Studio in Boca Raton and has served as a Director of Music, Worship Leader, and Adjunct Professor of Music, including developing a collegiate-level guitar curriculum at Cairn University. Jay is passionate about helping students grow in skill, confidence, creativity, and musical understanding.

Megan Kielar has over 15 years of experience working with children and is deeply passionate about learning, creativity, and helping students build confidence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and has a strong love for writing, both of which influence her thoughtful, creative approach to teaching. Megan tutors elementary-aged students in math and language arts and also works with teens and adults to develop creative writing skills. Through supportive, individualized instruction, she helps learners strengthen their voice, clarity, and self-expression.

Yumi Fujii holds a degree in English Education from Florida Atlantic University and has been tutoring with Elite Tutoring Specialists for the past five years. She specializes in supporting elementary and middle school students in reading, writing, and math, as well as SAT and ACT preparation. Yumi also helps students stay organized and confident with their homework and study skills. She has experience working with students on the autism spectrum and with ADHD and is especially known for her patience, kindness, and ability to meet each child where they are.

Colin Carnes earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University in 1994. With a strong background in math and science, he tutors students in pre-algebra, Algebra I and II, geometry, pre-calculus, calculus, chemistry, and physics. Colin also provides SAT and ACT test preparation and offers virtual tutoring sessions through Google Meet. He is married with two sons who work in education with the Palm Beach County School District, reflecting his strong personal connection to education.

Jorge Robles holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Universidad Católica de Chiapas Juan Pablo II. He has three years of experience teaching Spanish in Mexico, working with both youth and adults in formal educational settings. His instruction emphasizes practical communication, cultural understanding, and real-world language use. Jorge has participated in educational support programs and brings strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to his teaching. He is able to adapt to different learning styles and proficiency levels. His teaching approach is clear, structured, and dynamic, with a focus on helping students build confidence, fluency, and a genuine understanding of the Spanish language.
